This Privacy Policy applies only to Paper Park, including the version distributed under the package name shown above, and to support communications specifically concerning Paper Park. It does not automatically apply to another game or service published by DeanXu.
Paper Park is a hyper-casual game funded through advertising. Advertising, attribution, analytics, and stability services are provided through the SDKs identified in Section 5. Because Paper Park has no paid functionality, I do not collect payment-card details, bank details, purchase receipts, or in-app purchase history from the Game.
By using Paper Park, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent, a consent request will be presented before the relevant processing begins. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use Paper Park.
2. What Paper Park Does Not Ask For
During ordinary gameplay, Paper Park is not designed to request or collect your:
- Real name, postal address, telephone number, or government identification number;
- Contact list, SMS messages, or call history;
- Photos, videos, microphone recordings, or camera input;
- Precise GPS location;
- Health, biometric, or financial-account information; or
- Payment information, because Paper Park has no paid features.
If you contact me for support, I will receive the email address, message, screenshots, logs, and other information that you choose to include. Please do not send information that is not needed to address your request.
3. Information Processed in the Current Version

DeanXu does not use Paper Park to collect payment data. Paper Park also does not create purchase-event records because the current version offers no purchases.
4. Android Permissions and Device Access
The following table describes the privacy-relevant permissions or access mechanisms associated with the current advertising-supported Android build. The final merged Android manifest for the published version is the authoritative record of declarations included by Paper Park and its SDKs.
| Permission or access category | Android declaration or mechanism | Why it is used | Runtime prompt |
|---|---|---|---|
| Internet access | android.permission.INTERNET | Load advertisements; transmit attribution, analytics, consent, and diagnostic requests; receive SDK responses | No. Android grants this normal permission at installation. |
| Network status | android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE | Determine whether a connection is available and avoid or diagnose failed network requests | No. Android grants this normal permission at installation. |
| Advertising ID | com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID, where applicable | Allow eligible advertising and attribution SDKs to access the Google Advertising ID for ad delivery, frequency control, attribution, measurement, and fraud prevention, subject to user settings and consent | No separate runtime prompt. Users can reset or delete the advertising ID through Android settings. |
| App-specific local storage | Android application sandbox; no broad media-storage permission is required for ordinary gameplay | Store game preferences, local progress, consent choices, and SDK configuration or cache data on the device | No. This does not grant Paper Park general access to personal photos or documents. |
| Sensitive device features | No access is intended for contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, SMS, call logs, or health data in the current version | These features are not required by Paper Park | Not requested. |
Some SDK libraries may add normal or service-specific manifest declarations during the Android build process. Such declarations do not necessarily mean that a data category is collected in every session; collection depends on the enabled SDK function, device configuration, consent status, and actual use.
5. Third-Party SDKs in Paper Park
The current version of Paper Park includes the following third-party SDKs. These providers receive data directly from the SDK code running in the Game or from related server-to-server integrations. Depending on the processing activity and applicable law, a provider may act as a processor or service provider for DeanXu, or as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
| SDK / provider | Information the SDK may process in Paper Park | How collection occurs | Purpose in Paper Park | Provider privacy information |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Facebook SDK / Meta | Device and app information, IP address, advertising identifier where permitted, app launch and configured app events, campaign or ad interaction data | Automatically through the Facebook SDK when enabled events occur or attribution information is exchanged | Campaign attribution, app-event measurement, advertising analytics, and campaign optimization | Meta Privacy Policy |
| Adjust SDK | Advertising and installation identifiers, IP address, device and app information, installation source or referrer, session and configured event data, fraud signals | Automatically when the app is installed or opened and when configured measurement events occur | Mobile attribution, campaign measurement, deep-link or referrer handling where used, and advertising-fraud prevention | Adjust Privacy Policy |
| Firebase SDK / Google | Firebase installation ID, app and device information, configured analytics events, and crash, error, or performance information when the related Firebase modules are enabled | Automatically through enabled Firebase modules when Paper Park runs, an event is recorded, or a crash or performance event occurs | Gameplay analytics, app stability, crash diagnosis, performance monitoring, and technical configuration | Privacy and Security in Firebase |
| Google AdMob SDK | App name, IP address, advertising identifier where permitted, device and app information, approximate location, consent or ad-preference signals, and ad request, impression, click, error, or reward data | Automatically when Paper Park requests or displays an advertisement or when a user interacts with an ad | Serve contextual or personalized ads as permitted, control ad frequency, measure performance, calculate advertising results, and prevent fraud or abuse | How Google Uses Information from Apps That Use Its Services and Google Privacy Policy |
| AppLovin SDK | Device model and operating system, app and session information, IP address, locale, network information, advertising and app-set identifiers where available, privacy preference signals, and ad interaction or performance data | Automatically when the AppLovin SDK initializes, requests or displays an advertisement, or records an ad interaction | Advertising and mediation, ad measurement, frequency control, campaign optimization, analytics, safety, and fraud prevention | AppLovin Privacy Policy |
SDK capabilities and provider policies can change over time. This table describes the functions used for the current advertising-supported version of Paper Park and should be read together with the providers' current policies.
6. How DeanXu Uses Information
DeanXu uses the information described above only as reasonably necessary to:
- Run Paper Park and provide its levels, controls, progress, and ad-supported features;
- Understand whether the Game is functioning correctly on different devices;
- Find and fix crashes, loading failures, and other technical problems;
- Analyze aggregate gameplay behavior and improve level difficulty, controls, retention, and performance;
- Display advertisements that fund the free Game;
- Provide contextual advertising and, where legally permitted and consented to, personalized advertising;
- Attribute installations and measure whether advertising campaigns result in downloads or gameplay events;
- Confirm rewarded-ad completion and grant the related in-game reward;
- Detect invalid ad traffic, manipulated rewards, automated activity, or other abuse;
- Respond to support messages;
- Meet Google Play and other platform requirements; and
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and security of users, DeanXu, and service providers.
Paper Park does not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
7. Legal Bases
Where a legal basis is required, DeanXu relies on:
- Performance of a contract, where processing is needed to provide the Game or respond to a support request;
- Legitimate interests, including operating and improving Paper Park, measuring performance, maintaining security, preventing fraud, and supporting the advertising-funded business model, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
- Consent, particularly for personalized advertising, access to an advertising identifier, or similar processing where local law requires consent. Consent can be withdrawn through an available consent interface or relevant device setting; and
- Legal obligations, where information must be processed to comply with applicable law, a valid legal request, or platform obligations.
8. Advertising and Your Choices
Paper Park remains free by displaying advertising. Depending on your region, age signals, consent selection, device configuration, and SDK settings, ads may be contextual or personalized.
- Contextual or non-personalized ads may use information such as the app being used, general location, device type, and the content or context of the current ad request. You may still see these ads after declining personalized advertising.
- Personalized ads may use advertising identifiers, app activity, inferred interests, or information held by an advertising provider to select ads that may be more relevant. They are used only where permitted and, where required, after consent.
- Rewarded ads are voluntarily viewed in exchange for a stated in-game reward. The ad SDK records whether the ad was completed so Paper Park can provide that reward. No monetary purchase occurs.
You may be able to change an advertising choice through a consent interface displayed in Paper Park. You can also use Android privacy or advertising settings to reset or delete the advertising ID and control ad personalization. Provider-specific choices may also be available through Google, Meta, and AppLovin privacy controls.
Changing a choice generally affects future processing on the relevant device or SDK. You may continue to receive advertisements, but they may be less personalized. Resetting an identifier, clearing app data, reinstalling Paper Park, or using another device may require you to make a choice again.
9. Disclosure of Information
Information may be disclosed:
- To the five SDK providers listed in Section 5 and, for advertising delivery, to advertising demand partners used by AdMob or AppLovin;
- To infrastructure, email, or technical service providers that assist DeanXu with operating Paper Park or responding to support requests;
- To Google Play or another distribution platform when required for app operation, policy compliance, fraud investigation, or support;
- When required by law, court order, or a valid request from a competent authority;
- When reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, policy violations, or threats to rights or safety;
- In connection with a future transfer of Paper Park or the developer's business assets, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice; or
- At your direction or with your consent.
DeanXu does not sell personal information for money. However, certain disclosures to advertising providers may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or use for "targeted advertising" under some U.S. state privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out using the methods described in Sections 8 and 13.
10. Data Retention
DeanXu retains information under direct control only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including troubleshooting, answering support requests, preventing abuse, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Support correspondence may be retained while the issue remains relevant and then deleted or archived according to reasonable operational needs.
Most device, advertising, attribution, analytics, and diagnostic information described in this Policy is processed within the systems of the SDK providers listed in Section 5. Their retention periods vary by service, configuration, and legal requirement and are described in their own privacy materials. DeanXu may configure available retention controls and request deletion from a provider where legally required and technically available.
Paper Park has no payment records or in-app purchase history to retain because it has no paid functionality.
When information under DeanXu's control is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymized, or securely isolated, subject to backup cycles and legal obligations.
11. International Data Transfers
DeanXu is an individual developer, while the SDK providers listed above operate global services. As a result, information may be transmitted to and processed in countries other than the country where you use Paper Park, including locations in which Google, Meta, Adjust, AppLovin, or their service providers operate.
Privacy laws in those locations may differ from local law. Where required, transfers are supported by recognized mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, data-processing terms, certifications, or other lawful safeguards provided by the relevant service provider.
12. Children's Privacy
Paper Park is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or below the minimum age at which a person may independently consent to data processing in their country or region (the "Minimum Age"). A child below the Minimum Age should not use Paper Park without legally valid authorization from a parent or guardian.
DeanXu does not knowingly collect personal information from a child below the Minimum Age in a manner prohibited by law and does not knowingly use such information for personalized advertising. If I learn that a child's information was processed without required authorization, I will take reasonable steps to delete it or request deletion by the relevant provider.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information through Paper Park may contact bananagame2026@gmail.com. The request should identify Paper Park and provide enough non-sensitive information to locate the relevant installation or support communication.
13. Your Privacy Rights and Data Deletion
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or an opt-out from targeted advertising or disclosures defined as a sale or sharing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a data-protection authority.
To submit a request concerning information controlled by DeanXu, email bananagame2026@gmail.com with the subject "Paper Park Privacy Request." Include:
- The application name, Paper Park;
- The package name, com.park.paperpark;
- The type of request;
- Your device type and approximate dates of use; and
- An installation, Firebase, Adjust, advertising, or other app identifier only if it is visible to you and necessary to locate the data.
Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment data, or unrelated sensitive information unless specifically requested through a secure method for legally required verification.
Paper Park does not maintain payment or purchase records. Some SDK data is controlled directly by the relevant provider and may not be accessible to DeanXu in an identifiable form. Where appropriate, I will use available provider tools, coordinate a request where legally required, or direct you to the provider's privacy mechanism.
Uninstalling Paper Park stops future collection from that installation but does not by itself erase information previously transmitted to an SDK provider. Clearing app data or resetting an advertising identifier may also break the technical link needed to identify earlier records, so submit a request before doing so when possible.
I may ask for reasonable verification and may retain information where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legal claims. Requests will be handled within the period required by applicable law, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
14. Security
DeanXu uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to an independently developed mobile game. These include limiting access to developer accounts, using platform and SDK security controls, keeping dependencies updated where practicable, transmitting SDK requests over secure connections when supported, and restricting personal information to what is needed for the purposes described above.
No mobile application, network transmission, or storage system is completely secure. I cannot guarantee absolute security, particularly for information independently processed by third-party providers.
15. Third-Party Advertisements and Services
An advertisement displayed in Paper Park may open a third-party app-store page, website, or application. DeanXu does not control the content, privacy practices, permissions, or data handling of the advertised product or destination. Review the third party's privacy policy before providing information or installing another application.
The presence of an advertisement does not mean that DeanXu endorses the advertised product or its privacy practices.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Paper Park changes its SDKs, permissions, features, advertising configuration, or legal obligations. The "Last Updated" date will be revised when a new version is posted.
If a change materially affects how information is processed, notice may be provided through Paper Park, its Google Play listing, the policy webpage, or a consent interface. Consent will be requested before new processing where required by law.
17. Contact
